The Great Exchange

If you understand Adam and Christ, you basically understand human history. You basically understand salvation and condemnation and everything that you need to know. From God’s perspective, there are only two men who have ever lived, Adam and Christ. Every person is in either Adam or is in Christ. They were two representative men. Adam represented the entire human race. Whatever Adam did affected you, affected me, effected anyone whoever lived. Jesus Christ is the second Adam. He is the head of another race of people. Those who are believers and those who are clothed in his perfect righteousness.
