PROPHETS, PROPHECY,
AND THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY
This is the second in the series “MORE SURE WORD” books by D.A. Williams on the blessing of the prophetic gift God has given to humanity. D.A. shares the foundational aspects of prophets and prophecy. The difference in approach revolves around, understanding prophets and prophecy on the basis of the historical fulfillment.
The importance of the prophets and prophecy in their historical context, lays the proper foundation for an accurate application of scripture as “present truth.” This in turn becomes for the people of God “the more sure word of prophecy.”
Some of the areas addressed are:
- What is a Prophet?
- The difference between Classical and Apocalyptic Prophets?
- The Spirit of Prophecy among the Remnant?
D.A. Williams has served in ministry for over 30 years, in pastoral and teaching capacities. He holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Wright State University and a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in Global Pentecostal and Charismatic Theology.
